Welcome to Milkey Valley Farm! I'm Christy, a dahlia enthusiast and the owner/operator/gardener of Milkey Valley Farm. What started as a humble backyard garden five years ago has grown into full-blown obsession and a small flower farm specializing in dahlias.

When I'm not gardening, I work full-time, splitting my time between Michigan Medicine and a physician-led nonprofit focused on finding data-led solutions to improve equitable treatment for BIPOC patients in hospital systems.

I live in Southeast Michigan with my husband, Josh, our two young daughters, and our adorable dog, Izzy, who has been known to taste-test unguarded tubers.
